CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

With more than 40 years of experience as both principal and intermediary, John has concluded over $15 billion in real estate transactions. 

 

John was a member of the both the Management Committee and Investment Committee, a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Sales Nationwide at Prudential Real Estate Investors where he started his career. 

 

John was previously the Chairman & President of the Institutional Capital Markets Group at Carey Winston in Washington DC.   Additionally, he was a team leader in the Institutional Services Group at Grubb & Ellis where he was responsible for nationwide institutional relationship sales. 

 

John has extensive experience in all aspects of portfolio management, acquisitions, sales, asset management, due diligence, programmatic equity joint ventures, financing and structured debt.

 

He successfully completed acquisitions, sales and asset management in the office, residential, retail and industrial sectors.

 

EDUCATION

 

John earned a BS in economics from St. Peters College and an MBA in finance from Pace University.

 

John also served with distinction as a decorated officer in combat, as deployed in the Vietnam Conflict.
